Desktop License

For static design output used in print, documents, graphics, and small scale online video. Each tier limits the number of devices on which the font may be installed.

Permitted Uses

  • Static print materials, including posters, presentations, PDFs, and ebooks.
  • Static digital banners, search and display ads, and social media graphics. Static ad spend outside social media is limited to USD 10,000 per campaign.
  • Client work, provided the final deliverable is flattened, outlined, or rasterized. There is no limit on the number of projects.
  • Design of non trademarked logos, including concepts and drafts. If you later decide to register the logo as a trademark, you must purchase a Branding and Logo License at that time.
  • Small scale online video that is not distributed on television, film, cinema, or streaming platforms.

Prohibited Uses

  • Use by organizations with 100 or more total personnel, including part time, freelance, contract, and outsourced workers. All Desktop tiers, including the Company tier (unlimited devices), are restricted to organizations with fewer than 100 personnel. Larger organizations require a Corporate License.
  • Sharing font files with clients. Each client must obtain its own license.
  • Live use of the font on websites. A Web Font License is required.
  • Registering a logo as a trademark. A Branding & Logo License is required.
  • Mass produced physical merchandise. A Merch & Templates License is required.
  • Static ad spend outside social media exceeding USD 10,000 per campaign, or use across multiple legal entities. A Corporate License is required.
  • Television, film, cinema, or streaming distribution. A Broadcast and Film License is required.

Web Font License

Live web text for one brand. Each tier limits the combined monthly pageviews across all of the brand’s domains.

Permitted Uses

  • Self hosting of the provided web font files (WOFF and WOFF2, as included with the font family) on the brand’s main website, subdomains, campaign landing pages, and staging sites.
  • Use on internal web applications and dashboards for that brand.
  • Pageviews are counted together across all included domains each month.

Prohibited Uses

  • Use by organizations with 100 or more total personnel, including part time, freelance, contract, and outsourced workers. All tiers of this license are restricted to organizations with fewer than 100 personnel. Larger organizations require a Corporate License.
  • Native apps, games, or SaaS products sold to customers. Please request a Corporate or embedding quote.
  • Themes or templates that are sold or distributed to others. Please request a Corporate quote.
  • Static images in email or banners. A Desktop License is required.

Branding & Logo License

Brand identity and trademark rights for one brand, including Desktop, Web Font Starter, and Social Media Micro licenses. Each license covers exactly one brand identity. The Studio tier covers up to five.

Included Licenses

  • Desktop: up to 3 devices
  • Web Font Starter: up to 100,000 page views per month
  • Social Media Micro: accounts with 0 to 5,000 followers

Permitted Uses

  • Use of the licensed font in the final logo of one brand identity only, including the mark, wordmark, and lockups that identify that brand.
  • Use of that logo across any media without requiring an additional license.
  • Trademark registration of the logo, with unlimited logo revisions.
  • Product packaging, labels, and brand stationery for the licensed brand.
  • Publication of the brand’s own website, social media channels, and marketing materials within the limits of the included licenses. Higher tiers may be purchased separately as the brand grows.

  • Creating logos for more brand identities than the purchased tier allows.
  • Mass produced physical merchandise for resale, such as apparel or POD products. A Merch and Templates License is required.
  • Television, film, cinema, or streaming distribution. A Broadcast and Film License is required.

Merch & Templates License

Physical goods, POD products, and digital templates for one brand. Unit and revenue limits are cumulative.

Included Licenses

  • Desktop: up to 3 devices

Permitted Uses

  • Physical merchandise and branded goods, including T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, tumblers, stickers, signage, packaging, and stationery.
  • POD through services such as Printful, Printify, or Etsy.
  • Digital templates and design assets featuring the font, such as text effect presets, mockup previews, and presentation templates. These examples are illustrative and not exhaustive.

Tiers and Cumulative Limits

  • Run 1k: up to 1,000 cumulative units or USD 10,000 in revenue.
  • Run 10k: up to 10,000 cumulative units or USD 100,000 in revenue.
  • Unlimited: no cap on units or revenue.

Merchandise and template sales count toward the same cumulative limits.

  • Including the font files in any template download. Templates must be delivered with the font outlined, flattened, or rasterized so that end buyers cannot extract it.
  • Reselling the font software itself. Please request a Corporate quote.

Broadcast & Film License

Font use in video, film, TV, and streaming production. The tier determines the distribution reach.

Included Licenses

  • Desktop: up to 3 devices

Permitted Uses

  • Titles, intros, subtitles, lower thirds, trailers, and promotional materials for the licensed production.
  • Client productions, provided the final deliverable is flattened.

Tiers and Distribution Reach

  • Indie / Festival: independent and festival distribution.
  • Regional: distribution within one regional territory.
  • National / Streaming / Worldwide: national, OTT, cinema, or worldwide distribution.

Prohibited Uses

  • Use by organizations with 100 or more total personnel, including part time, freelance, contract, and outsourced workers. All tiers of this license are restricted to organizations with fewer than 100 personnel. Larger organizations require a Corporate License.
  • Distribution beyond the scope of the purchased tier.
  • Using the font files for unrelated productions or providing the font files to a client.
  • Use by a single legal entity across multiple media. A Corporate License is required.

Publishing License

Designed for authors, publishers, businesses, educational institutions, and organizations that publish documents featuring the licensed font in both print and digital formats. Each tier covers a set number of publication titles.

Installation and Software

The license permits installation of the font on macOS and Windows computers. It may be used with professional desktop applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, and similar software.

Permitted Uses

Lifetime use for both personal and commercial projects, including:

  • Books and e-books
  • Magazines and newspapers
  • PDF reports and company profiles
  • Presentations and catalogs
  • Manuals and other printed or digital publications

This license provides consistent typography across both physical and electronic documents.

Tiers and Upgrades

The number of publication titles covered depends on the Publishing License tier purchased. If you need to publish additional titles, you may upgrade to a higher tier at any time as your publishing needs grow.

Included Licenses

  • Desktop License: for creating supporting static design materials.
  • Web Font License: for using the font on your website.
