ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Involve handling of inquiries, following up prospect business to generate sales
  • Carry out all administrative duties related to sales
  • Creating proposal and quotation related sales
  • Issuing of confirmation letters, planning schedule of issuing invoices
  • Proactively maintain excellent working relationship with client
  • Analyze and monitoring market trends
  • Has a passion in advertising industry especially OOH-DOOH Advertising
  • Do reporting sales achievement to management.

Requirements :

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Graduate from reputable university (“B” accreditation from Government) in Business
  • Administration, Public Relations, or
  • Marketing
    Minimum 4 years experience in Sales (not related to Advertising Sales) or 2 years experience in
  • Sales (related to Advertising Sales)
  • Must have strong self confidence and good presentation skill
  • Target oriented and have a good tract in sales
  • Computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
  • Good written and spoken in English

Designer

Responsibilities

  1. Developing insightful and convincing strategy solutions for Milestone clients
  2. Understand client business needs, how our strategies can deliver on their objectives & KPI
  3. Collaborate with the team to devise breakthrough brand strategies and positioning
  4. Develop creative briefs and presentation of the creative work
  5. Spot and analyze brand behaviors and industry trends
  6. Conduct brand audit and competitor analysis
  7. Participate in client meetings and brainstorm sessions
  8. Ensuring designers understand the latest strategic direction

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, account planning or brand agency
  3. Ability to recognise patterns that lead to insights and strong analytical skills
  4. Ability to hit deadlines in fast-paced environment
  5. Marketing mindset, with an understanding of positioning, design strategy and consumer behaviour
  6. Fluency in brand & marketing methods for developing platform, proposition, naming and brand architecture
  7. Fluent in English Smart, fast learner and team worker
  8. Proven ability to support projects through clear written and oral communications
